By accessing or using Velzora’s website, AI bot, product pages, demos, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use Velzora on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that company.
Use of AI features
Velzora uses AI to classify intent, answer questions, summarize conversations, route requests, create tickets or leads, and assist human agents. AI responses may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect, so important business, legal, financial, employment, or compliance decisions should be reviewed by a qualified human.
You are responsible for reviewing configuration, knowledge sources, permissions, integrations, and escalation rules used by your workspace.
Data ownership and model training promise
Content you provide to Velzora is used to operate, secure, support, and improve the services for your account. We may use aggregated, de-identified operational metrics to improve reliability, performance, and product experience, but not to identify your company, customers, employees, or users.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, bot, or services. You may not attempt to bypass security controls, extract system prompts or confidential logic, upload malicious content, interfere with service availability, violate the rights of others, or use Velzora for unlawful activity.
Third-party services
Velzora may connect with third-party services such as CRMs, calendars, helpdesks, HR systems, email providers, AI infrastructure providers, or analytics tools. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms.
Intellectual property
Velzora, the website, product design, visual assets, workflows, and related materials are owned by JSimple LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service except as permitted by written agreement.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JSimple LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
JSimple LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the website or services.
